    Select the turn on system protection toggle and click on apply on the next window.

Creating System Restore Point Manually on Windows 11

Restoring Windows 11 System From Desktop

You can restore the system using the restore point you created earlier if you want to undo the changes and restore it to its previous state. To restore the system using the system restore point, follow the steps below.

    You can close the current window by clicking on close, then click next to continue with the system restore.

    You can close the window once you have completed the process by clicking finish. The system restore point will be restored.

Boot Advanced Startup To use System Restore in Windows 11

The advanced startup may be necessary if you are unable to access your system. Using advanced startup, you can restore your system if it crashes.

The first step is to access your laptop, computer, tablet or PC’s advanced startup. 

    By interrupting the system’s normal boot process, you can accomplish this. Start by turning off your PC. Once the Windows logo appears, press the power button to turn it on, and then turn it off. As a result, the normal boot process will be interrupted. To access advanced startup, repeat this process 4-5 times. 

    On the sign-in screen, click the power option if you can access it. While holding the shift key, click on the restart while still holding it. 

Either the Windows setup or the advanced setup can be used to open the advanced setup. Boot into the computer with bootable Windows media and select the option to repair your computer.

You will see a blue screen once you enter advanced startup. Select Troubleshoot from the advanced startup menu on your desktop PC, laptop or tablet.

Select advanced options in troubleshoot, then select system restore. 

The next step is to select a Windows 11 account and confirm it with your password. 

Click on the continue button once you’re done. 

After selecting the restore point, click on the scan for affected programs button. 

This will show you all the changes that will be made to your computer system after you restore it. To continue with the system restore, close the current window and click next. 

Once you have completed all the steps, click on the finish button.
